Dan Holmes, DDS

Dr. Dan Holmes has completed extensive continuing education in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, including hands-on training with CEREC same-day restoration technology to deliver precise, beautiful results. He specializes in aesthetic bonding, front-tooth restorations, and smile-focused cosmetic enhancements. In 2019, he completed advanced implant training, allowing the practice to successfully restore function and confidence for many patients through dental implant treatment.

Education & Early Journey
  • Graduated from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1996
  • Completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 1997
Dr. Dan Holmes met his wife, Dr. Nicole , while in dental school. In 1999, they moved to Fort Collins to begin building their practice and serving the local community.
