Nicole Holmes, DDS
Dr. Nicole Holmes has spent years providing patient-centered dental care, blending her expertise with modern technology for outstanding results. Always eager to learn, she continuously hones her skills and adopts new techniques to enhance patient care.
Since starting her practice in Fort Collins, Dr. Nicole has embraced innovations like teeth whitening, Invisalign aligners, and CEREC same-day restorations, enjoying the advancements in dental technology that she integrates into her work.
Education & Professional Journey
- Graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1996
- Completed a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 1997
After graduation, Dr. Nicole spent two years in St. Louis before moving to Fort Collins in 1999 to start their practice. The practice has grown steadily, expanding locations and introducing advanced technologies for patients.

She enjoys continuing education and staying current with new advancements in dentistry so she can provide thoughtful, modern treatment. Her goal is always to help patients feel confident, comfortable, and well cared for at every visit.
- Outside the OfficeWhen she’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Nicole stays busy with her family and enjoys the Colorado lifestyle. She and Dr. Dan have two teenage children, along with their two dogs, Skippy and Luna.
She enjoys staying active by playing tennis and pickleball, cycling, and occasionally playing a round of golf.
