Holmes Dental is considered a non-contracted provider, which means we are not limited by insurance company restrictions when recommending care. Our focus is always on what is best for your oral health, not just what a plan may cover.

Please note that while we help file and process insurance claims as a courtesy, patients are ultimately responsible for all treatment costs and balances.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you contact our office at least 48 business hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less notice may be subject to a $75 late cancellation fee.
