As part of our service, we handle the hassle of filing claims on your behalf and patiently await payment from the insurance company for their portion. We take it upon ourselves to go the extra mile and fight diligently when necessary, aiming to optimize your claim and maximize the benefits available to you. Our primary goal is to ensure you receive the most favorable outcome and make the most of your insurance benefits.

Do I have to pay for my services up front?

Typically, we handle the claim process on your behalf. For preventative care, we submit the claim to your insurance company after your appointment. For restorative services such as fillings, we collect the co-pay at the office, and then we submit the claim to your insurance company. Once the insurance company processes the claim, if they pay less than what was expected, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. On the other hand, if the insurance company pays more than what was expected, we will gladly issue a refund to you via check.

What if I have a direct reimbursement plan?

Direct reimbursement plans work a little differently than traditional insurance plans. Under these plans, we collect the entire payment upfront, and you will be responsible for submitting the claim to your insurance company. After the claim is processed, the insurance company will send a reimbursement check directly to you.
