Does Holmes Dental Take My Insurance?

At Holmes Dental, we are committed to providing outstanding, affordable dental care. We will accept all major insurances, however we are a non-contracted provider.  In other words, we are out of all insurance networks and will utilize your out of network benefits. We also offer a variety of payment options to meet your family’s financial and dental needs.

As part of our service, we handle the hassle of filing claims on your behalf and patiently await payment from the insurance company for their estimated portion. We take it upon ourselves to go the extra mile and fight diligently when necessary, aiming to optimize your claim and maximize the benefits available to you. Our primary goal is to ensure you receive the most favorable outcome and make the most of your insurance benefits.

Do I have to pay for my services up front?

For preventative care we will collect your estimated copay at time of service and we’ll submit the claim to your insurance company after your appointment. If there is a balance after your copayment you will receive a bill for the remaining amount.  For restorative services such as fillings, crowns or other major services we will collect the full fee at the time of service, then on your behalf we will submit the claim to your insurance company who will directly pay you. If insurance pays more than what was expected, we will gladly issue a refund to you via check.
